½ c. oil, such as canola or vegetable
½ c. sugar
¼ c. apple cider vinegar
2 T. soy sauce
1 t. sesame oil
Mix all ingredients together allowing time before serving for sugar to dissolve.
Notes: Serve over shredded cabbage with chicken, peppers, green onions and/or mandarin oranges. Oh, and don’t forget something crunchy, like won tons, chow mien noodles or even almonds.
