Return & Exchange Policy

Looking to return or exchange your order? We're here to help! We offer free exchanges or store credit within 30 days of the purchase date of your order.  We charge shipping for returned items.  You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must be returned in original packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return, exchange, or store credit , please complete the following steps:

  1. Send an email to support@culinesco.com
  2. In the subject line of your email, please include the words “Return”, “Exchange”, or “Store Credit.”
  3. Let us know your name and email, and the product(s) and color(s) you are returning.

For returns:

    • We will reply and notify you of the cost of the return shipping.
    • Once you confirm, we will email you a return shipping label.
    • Send item(s) back to us using the label provided.
    • Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to the original payment method, minus the amount of the cost of the return shipping.

    For Exchanges or Store Credit:

    • In order to effectuate an exchange first we will return the items purchased, then you can purchase the items you would like instead.
    • We will email you a return shipping label for a return.
    • Send item(s) back to us using the label provided
    • Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund.
    • Purchase the items you would like on our website.

    Buy With Prime

    If you use the Buy With Prime feature on our website, the purchase transaction is processed through Amazon and returns can take place through the Amazon return features and policies.
