Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based upon the weight of the items orders. We often have shipping deals that offer free shipping after a certain amount is purchased. Our team at Culinesco works hard to ship your order as quickly as possible. We promise to get to your package in the mail within 1 – 2 business days (sometimes faster)!
If you have purchased any products on pre-order, they will not ship until the items are ready in the warehouse. All items in an order ship together, so if you purchase other items with a pre-order, there may be a delay. We recommend purchasing pre-order items separately to avoid waiting to get other items purchased.
You should receive a shipping confirmation that comes with a tracking number via the same email or phone number you used to place your order.
